    All wigs, accessories, and clothing are handled with clean, sanitized hands and stored in a hygienic environment before packaging.

  2. Sanitized Packaging

    Orders are packed using clean materials, and packaging areas are regularly disinfected.

  3. Contactless Delivery

    Where possible, we encourage contactless delivery to reduce unnecessary physical contact during the handover of orders.

  4. Team Health & Hygiene

    Our staff are encouraged to follow good hygiene practices, including regular hand washing and staying home if they feel unwell.


Customer Guidelines

  1. Check Your Order Safely

    After receiving your package, wash your hands after opening it and before handling the products.

  2. Report Concerns Promptly

    If your package appears damaged or tampered with, contact us immediately so we can assist you.


Returns & Exchanges
