Reporting an Issue
To help us resolve your concern quickly, please provide:

A video if the issue cannot be properly shown in photos

Any relevant details explaining the problem
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay the resolution process.
Orders Delayed in Transit
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy, unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has significantly exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will investigate the shipment with the courier.

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that your package has been successfully delivered, we may request additional information before processing a claim.

Mrs Majiq is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged Products

The solution offered will depend on the severity of the damage.
Minor issues such as:

Supporting photos may be required before a resolution is approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Custom-made, personalized, pre-order, or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.
Returns
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items may not be returned once worn or used:

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error by Mrs Majiq or a verified product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Force Majeure
Mrs Majiq shall not be held liable for delays, damage, or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
