Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Pre-Order or Custom Items

  • Processing Time: 5–15 business days

  • Please refer to the individual product description for specific processing times.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier's tracking system.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Mrs Majiq is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete delivery information

  • Failure to collect a package from a courier depot

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service interruptions

Mrs Majiq cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damaged items or packaging

  • Any relevant tracking information

We will work with the courier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
